This inter-generational event provides a friendly and open space for participants to meet in community and explore different facets of reconciliation. This month, make a talking stick, participate in a talking circle, worship together, and share a meal of soup and bannock.

Led by St. Thomas' We Are All Treaty People team and the Diocese of Edmonton Indigenous Ministries.

11:00 AM Welcome (tatawāw) and smudge (tisamāwin)
11:15 AM Craft: Talking (pīkiskwēwin) sticks (mistikwa)
12:00 PM Worship (ayamihāwin)
12:30 PM Small meal (mīcisowinis)

In the spirit of peaceful dialogue, understanding, reconciliation, and healing, we walk alongside our Indigenous and Métis relations on the Treaty 6 and Treaty 8 Territories, the traditional meeting ground of Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Nakota Sioux, Dene, Métis, and Inuit peoples.
