During his visit to Edmonton diocese, September 20-25, Fr. Michael Lapsley, Honorary Canon for Healing and Reconciliation, will work with local partners to facilitate the third Healing of Memories workshop in Edmonton. These workshops designed for Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities to become healers of one another; to reach a better understanding of ourselves, one another and the community we form.

The Healing of Memories Workshop will run Tuesday, September 20 to Thursday September 22 and is residential at Star of the North Retreat Centre in St. Albert. Please register as soon as possible at healingofmemoriesyeg.ca.

Following the workshop, Fr. Lapsley will provide training for those who would like to learn how to facilitate these workshops. This training runs the evening of Friday, September 23 through to Saturday afternoon, September 24. You must have attended at least one Healing of Memories workshop (including the above) to participate in the training.
