KIYÂNAW Singing Workshop

The next KIYÂNAW (Cree for “We Together) singing workshop, with guest teacher Evan Westfal, will be held on May 27, 6:30 pm, at Temple Beth Ora, 12313 105 Ave NW, Edmonton. We are Edmontonians of every faith and no faith, every musical background and no musical background, harnessing the spiritual power of singing together to build community.

Spirituality

In the spirit of peaceful dialogue, understanding, reconciliation, and healing, we walk alongside our Indigenous and Métis relations on the Treaty 6 and Treaty 8 Territories, the traditional meeting ground of Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Nakota Sioux, Dene, Métis, and Inuit peoples.
