Since 1999, No Room in the Inn has led a highly successful cross-denominational Christmas campaign to raise money for housing and housing improvements for those in need. No Room in the Inn is inspired by the story of Mary and Joseph, who arrived in Bethlehem to discover there was no room at the inn for them. And So We Wait…

And So We Wait…

Our Spiritual Journey of Transformation

Much of our life is spent waiting: for reconciliation and healing; for love and meaning to blossom; for fulfilling employment, and retirement. We wait with others as they suffer. We wait in our grief. We wait for our faith to grow stronger, and for a new direction to emerge in our lives. We will examine the experience of waiting, look at the stages of this journey, and reflect on sacred stories in both Jewish and Christian traditions that echo our own stories of waiting.
