This section of our website is devoted to gathering the information needed by clergy regarding various ministry and employment-related issues.

One form in common use is the Bishop's Visit Form, which is needed whenever the Bishop is scheduled to visit your parish to take part in a service. If you would like to request a visit from the Bishop, please contact the Bishop's Assistant for scheduling.

The Anglican Church of Canada provides online fillable Baptism and Sponsor Certificates.
