Education for Living: Aging in Place

St. Thomas, 4A Raven Drive, Sherwood Park, will host its second Education for Living series session: Aging in Place, on Saturday, October 5, at 10 am. A local Social Worker from AHS Home Care will join us to share information on the services, health and social supports available to live safely and independently in your home or community for as long as possible.
