All are Invited to 69th Synod Opening Service

The 69th Synod of the Diocese of Edmonton Opening Eucharist, to be held Friday evening, October 18, 7 pm, at the newly renovated All Saints' Cathedral, Edmonton, will include the Lighting of the Flame, Smudge, Bishop Stephen London's Charge to Synod and Collation of the Ven. Chelsy Bouwman, Archdeacon for Rural Ministry, and the Ven. Jonathan Crane, Archdeacon for Mission and Discipleship. The Diocese of Edmonton Children's Choir, founded in 2022 and conducted by Laura Hawley, will perform a song during communion. Several full communion partners and ecumenical guests will be in attendance.
