Britain Bound

Two members of our diocesan family will depart Edmonton for new mission and ministry this fall. The Ven. Richard King, rector of St. John the Evangelist and archdeacon for mission and discipleship, and the Rev. Shelly King, deacon and synod office admin assistant, will be returning to Canterbury diocese in the UK in October. Richard will take on the position of Priest-in-Charge of St. Dunstan's in Cranbrook, Kent as of October 25th. The move will also allow them to be closer and of better support to their family. Attached is the letter Bishop Steve wrote to the congregation of St. John the Evangelist.
