Risk Protection for Parishes

September will be here sooner than any of us imagine. As such, this is a great time to review rental rates and rental contracts.

Rentals can be an important part of a parish’s annual revenue, but rentals do not come without risk. The best way to protect against such a risk is through a contracting process and ensuring all renters carry liability insurance.
