Your Parish Annual Meeting has likely happened in the past few weeks or is coming in the next little while. Did you/will you elect new vestry members or wardens?

Following an election, it is a great plan to schedule time in your next Vestry/Corporation meeting to allow your newly elected people to have space to answer questions about the work of the parish and to provide an overview of what is required for Vestry/Corporation members over the course of the year.

This is also an ideal time to present your newly elected members with their own printed copy of the Diocesan Constitution and Canons (even just pages 32-48 regarding Parish Government) and any policies they may need access to.
