Bishop Stephen London is pleased to appoint the Rev. Armand Mercier as Interim Priest-in-Charge of St. Michael and All Angels, Edmonton. The appointment began October 2. Mercier will continue to serve at Christ Church, Edmonton and as diocesan safe church coordinator.
