Five Dollar Sunday for Buye Seniors

This past Sunday, September 9, members of St. Thomas in Wainwright brought their five dollar bills to coffee hour. A total of $325 was collected for medical cards for Buye seniors. (With the card, seniors save 20 per cent on health care costs.) There is no doubting that honourary assistant Fr. Ellis Jagoe had little trouble herding the five dollar bills together for such a good cause. Submitted by Allan Samm, parish treasurer
