Water Spring Projects Nearing Completion in Mwamba and Kayanza Parishes

The Rev. Dominique Ciza, Buyé Diocesan Executive Secretary, sends greetings. He happily reports that community water spring projects (funded by donations to Bishop Jane's farewell gift) are now bringing clean water to Mwumba and Kayanza parishes.
