Anglican Talks (Inspired by TED)

TED Talks are a common form of information sharing where an expert presents an engaging topic for a maximum of 15-20 minutes.

St. Matthew's is excited to present TED-inspired talks from an Anglican perspective starting on Saturday, November 29 at 7:00 pm, followed by some light fellowship and a chance to engage the speaker with questions or discussion on her topic.

Come hear Lay Evangelist Jenny Stuart talk about why evangelism is such a taboo and terrifying word in our communities of practice. She will present some interesting statistics about the hesitancies and fears around evangelism, then she will draw on her experience and training to look at a few different ways we can engage the practice daily.
