The Associates of SSJD (Sisters of St. John the Divine) will host a Quiet Day retreat at Christ Church, Edmonton on Saturday, March 9th. We gather for coffee and visit at 9:30, then hold Morning Prayer at 10:00 am in the church. The Reverend Maureen Crerar will be our speaker. We will have some quiet times for reflection and reading, and we’ll serve soup to go with your bag lunch at noon. We finish at 3:45 pm. We suggest you bring your neighbors and friends for a feast of Lenten devotion, meditation and worship. Donations for SSJD are welcome. Approximate attendance would be appreciated.
