Life is a pilgrimage of twists and turns, highs and lows. During Lent, we have the opportunity to acknowledge our valley experiences and give ourselves permission to lament. In this half-day retreat, you are invited to enter into some of the hard events of Holy Week, leading to Jesus' crucifixion. Through contemplative prayer practices and personal reflection time, you are given space to consider the tough places in your own life stories, and to consider: How might Jesus' experience speak solace and sustenance to your soul?
