Windswept Meditations are occasions of spiritual exploration and relaxation in a mutually supportive environment through pop-up events that blend meditation, contemplation and creativity. Whimsy will build on content explored in the first three Windswept Meditation events: Water & Leaves, Rest & Wait and Petaled.
Be inspired by the music of music by Doug Parth and Natalie Bryson; aesthetics by Edmonton artist Jared Robinson; prayer bowl contemplation by Jim Robertson; hospitable encounter guided by Gay Gering and Natalie. Come for poetic sensibility, gentle conversation and tea. Come with open hearts and gracious attentiveness; sketch pads or journals, yoga mat or meditation cushion (optional).
