Edmonton Cursillo would like to introduce you to the Weekly Challenge! This Challenge is a guide for keeping track of all we are going through and things we can do to help us, our friends and families better cope with the barrage of stuff happening in our world. Our health and wellness affect us in so many ways, not to mention our spiritual and mental health. The Challenge is a tool to make us mindful of what small changes could benefit our outcomes through the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a personal challenge. There are no winners or losers. For those of you doing the weekly/monthly challenge a Facebook group has been created and we would love you to join us.
