St. David's Celebrates New Ministry

Members of St. David’s, Edmonton and clergy of the diocese celebrated a new ministry on October 12, as Bishop Jane Alexander inducted the Rev. Dr. Renée Desjardins rector of the parish. Church wardens welcomed their new priest with the keys to the church and various symbols of the ministry of the whole people of God, including: canons of the diocese, a Bible, a prayer book, water, oil, bread and wine.
