Help Buyé seniors for only $5One Sunday to Go and Already $1,500 Raised! Parishes have one more Sunday to embrace a simple fundraising idea that will make a world of difference to senior citizens in Buyé diocese. Many of you have already taken up the invitation to dedicate a coffee hour in support of an amazing medical initiative in Buyé. Parishioners have been encouraged to donate $5 to an initiative of the Buyé Mothers' Union to provide seniors with a card enabling them to access an 80% discount on their medical expenses for a year. The cost of $5 but is out of reach for most seniors, who have worked at hard physical labour most of their lives, and now don't even have a pension. Incredibly, parishes have already raised $1,500!
