Church Admin Corner: Budget Planning for Annual Meetings

You hopefully completed your initial budget planning late last year. If not (or even if you did), now is the time to take a final look through the budget and get it approved by your Vestry (if not done already). Once it is finalized, it can be added to your Annual Meeting report packet, which you are likely already working on compiling.

If you haven’t set your annual meeting date yet, do that this week. As mentioned last week, you need to give at least two Sundays' notice, and the meeting must be held by the end of February, so time is of the essence.
