Our guest speaker for the 65th Synod has arrived! Fr. Michael Lapsley, Director of the Institute for Healing of Memories in Cape Town, South Africa and his assistant were welcomed back to the Edmonton diocese this morning by All Saints' Cathedral Vicar Quinn Strikwerda, Bishop Jane Alexander and Secretary to Synod Canon Barbara Burrows.

In the spirit of peaceful dialogue, understanding, reconciliation, and healing, we walk alongside our Indigenous and Métis relations on the Treaty 6 and Treaty 8 Territories, the traditional meeting ground of Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Nakota Sioux, Dene, Métis, and Inuit peoples.
