Church Admin CornerRisk Protection for Parishes September will be here sooner than any of us imagine. As such, this is a great time to review rental rates and rental contracts. Rentals can be an important part of a parish’s annual revenue, but rentals do not come without risk. The best way to protect against such a risk is through a contracting process and ensuring all renters carry liability insurance. If you are looking to revise your rental contract, the Diocesan Parish Administration Overview document contains some considerations (as well as a contract template embedded in the Word version of the document). To access this resource, please visit https://edmonton.anglican.ca/parish-info/pages/parish-administration. RJ Chambers, Office Administrator, churched@edmonton.anglican.ca |
