The document Finding Our Way  which was based on input from throughout the diocese, begins with the Gospel at the Center, is founded on five Principles, and outlines 12 Goals for the Diocese of Edmonton. The first of these Goals is Spiritual Renewal:

We will encourage and support smaller intentional gatherings of Jesus-followers with the aim of fostering personal and communal spiritual renewal.
