The document Finding Our Way  which was based on input from throughout the diocese, begins with the Gospel at the Center, is founded on five Principles, and outlines 12 Goals for the Diocese of Edmonton. The 11th of these goals is Accessibility:

We will evaluate all buildings, programs, vocabulary, and ways of working to identify and remove obstacles to accessibility and participation in our faith communities as a result of physical, social, economic, and systemic barriers. 

Watch for specific actions and milestones which will be developed in regard to this goal.
